    Clint... rl vaughn(I call him Brother Robert)... and Jeff... We have a comraderie few have on here!
    Helen... The grand dame of the Baptist ladies... btw she has some great resources.

    Gina... We are to much alike it scares me [​IMG]
    Jim 1999... The true christian gentleman
    The webmaster of course... There wouldn't be any BB without him.

    And all you Baptist Boarders who didn't vote for me, I love you guys & gals, anyway! We may have our disagreements and bashes, but we do have a special bond through Jesus! And there's never a dull moment on this Board! [​IMG]

    I believe Barnabas should win hands down! He truly demonstrates the love of Jesus Christ, maturity of a Sprit-filled life, and wisdom of someone who has been through a lot and walked with the Master for a long, long time. [​IMG] (Note: Not implying he is old. [​IMG] )

    And he's a perfect gentleman, too. Always. [​IMG]

    4. Wisdom Seeker {she is always so nice about everything, and she's a precious member}

    6. asvedgirl (and her name has some numbers after it, but I can't remember em} {anyways, she's a really sweet person}
    7. DixieGirl {I love her stand for her beliefs}
    8. Pastor Bob 63 {He stands for what he believes, and wheither he knows it or not, he's taught me a lot}
    9. Ernie Brazee {has a great sense of humour, and says what he believes}
    10. Joshua4KJV {even though I just met him the other day, he really stands up for what he believes, and finaly, because of him I know what a Calvanist and Arminian are!}

    One of my fellow reminded me in the Moderators' forum that we should cast our votes for the Member of the Year. Sorry but this escaped me all this time, for I was procrastinating and waiting for the last minute. Now, it may have been easy for some of you to name 10 names, but to me it is very difficult. Why? Because in my list there are at least 100 if not more! Which reminds me, the Webmaster should raise the list for next year. After all, 10 people is hardly enough! Well, here is my final 10 choices, but as I said I have more, much more! Since Dr. Griffin withdrawn himself from the race, and because the Webmaster does not except nominations, there goes two of my top choices. Now please note that I do not write their names in order of priority, only in order of remembering them. so, here goes:

    01. Christ Temple (Because he came second last year, and because he demonstrated such a humble spirit through this difficult year as he was fighting against cancer)

    02. Helen (Because she is very kind, she is constant, she is knowledgeable, she is high spirited, extremely helpful, and persevering)

    03. Clint Kritzer (Because he is giving 1000% of himself, and is being not only helpful to all, but he is a constant source of information. And since his dear wife, Margie, is part of this family, I think the honor can go to them as a couple!)

    04. tyndale1946 or as he is better known, Brother Glen (Because he is solid in his convictions, he is a friend to many, and he was the 2nd person who made me laugh on the BB. You can guess who was the first, I won't tell, except that he was the Member of the Year in 2001)

    05. SheEagle9/11 (Because she is caring, sensitive, and she succeeds in challenging you with her timely posts)

    06. C.S. Murphy (Because he is dedicated, prolific in his posting, informative as well as caring in his approach)

    07. Pastor Bob 63 (Because he is right on target on theological issues)

    08. Jim1999 (Because he is older than I, and he is so eloquent in his posts, a true great grandfather figure)

    09. Sherrie (Because she cares, and she is like the Mom to many on the Baptist Board. Not to mention her now famous Brrrrrrrrrr thread!)

    10. Brother Adam (Because he came a long way, and he knows the many prayers offered to the throne of grace on his behalf on the BB)

    Friends, I could go on and on, but unfortunately the Webmaster allowed only 10 people to vote for. Which is not fair! Anybody feels the same way as I do? If you do, then let's write to the Webmaster and tell him that he has to raise the numbers up for 2004!
