Milwaukee, WI, close to where I live, has about 440,000 voting age residents. In the 2000 presidential election, about 250,000 Milwaukeeans cast ballots. Today the Democrats who run the city of Milwaukee put in their request to the Milwaukee County election commission for ballots for next month's election. The number of ballots they are requesting is: 938,000. 938,000 ballots!
The following is an exhaustive list of plausible reasons why the Dems would want almost 4 times more ballots than were used in 2000, and well over twice as many as the total number of voting age residents of the city (many of whom aren't registered and will not vote anyway):

    1) To commit rampant vote fraud.
