Do you or does your church have any kind of prison ministry? What is it?

Our church supports Good News Jail Ministries, which is nationwide, I think, though I'm not sure of that. One of the chaplains at the county jail is the teacher of one of my Sunday School classes (I attend 2 SS classes). The chaplains have to raise their own support like missionaries.

Every Wednesday, people gather at my church to grade papers that the prisoners write, or maybe it's grading tests. These are papers and tests on Bible courses taught at the prison.
