More Czars Coming: American Infrastructure Financing Authority

    there is a provision called the American Infrastructure Financing Authority (sec. 244 - sec. 261 at link above) a brainchild of Sen John Kerry, that would be the mechanism for doling out the money for infrastructure projects. It would entail the President appointing a 7 member committee that would manage the various projects. No more than 4 would be from the same political party and they would be subject to Senate approval.

    So what we have here is more czars.
