Why would you raise this question?

There is not one shred of evidence that he will support illegal activity. I am shocked that American citizens would not stand by the fellow citizens if their rights are threatened.

Again no one's rights are threatened. Such an idea is a straw man of all straw men.

You clearly have not read the quote it in full context. If you are not willing to do that further discussion is useless.

This quote only came up for discussion because it was sliced, butchered, taken out our context, and had the word "Muslim" falsely inserted. If not for that no onw ould ever have noticed it.

You don't know what anyone would have noticed. And I have read the quote. The premise is false and a tactic used by the Moslem world to paint themselves as victims of which they are not. No ones rights are being threatened and their is no reason they should say so. And to supports such a tactic only raises further questions about Obama.

True. This is a tactic and propaganda used by CAIR, which is a political group (legal Muslim terrorist group) allowed to disseminate their ideas throughout the US. Unfortunately, the libs buy into it.

Somebody ought to actually check source, and read, rather than just "cut and paste"!

Ya' oughtta' drop in to one, sometimes. :D
Okay, I'll go along, maybe. Let's see, from your quote, above..
Does the fact that this three times say "Obama", as in Sen. Barack Obama, where it should be "Osama", as in "Osama bin Laden" not arouse just a wee, tiny bit of suspicion, here?

Sorry, Lady Eagle. I am no fan of Sen. Barack Obama, and cannot think of any circumstance, where I would actually vote for him, in the currect scenario, but this "quote" and "rebuttal", you cited from, is a deliberate "smear job". One mistyping might have been a typo. Three times is inexcusable, in that article!

The members of the family that were 'allowed' to leave were those relatives, including his own brother, of Osama bin Laden, for US concerns for their own safety, in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. I am not aware, nor have I heard that any of Sen. Barack Obama's family ever made any attempt or even showed any desire to leave the country.

Sen. Barack Hussein Obama is not a terrorist, by definition, regardless of how many Americans may actually fear him, as a potential President of the United States. Osama bin Laden is a well known terrorist, for the last twenty plus years.

IMO, one who wants to post his personal dislike of Sen. Barak Obama, as that poster did, should at least be able to distinguish between one who is out in public every day, namely IL Sen. Barack Obama, and " Ol' Sammy-in-Hidin' ".

IMO, one who want to cite this person, should at least read the articles to catch this 'smear', as opposed to simply "cutting and pasting" this sort of stuff!!

[If in fact, Osama bin Laden is even still alive - (There have been no 'confirmed' reliable reports that he has been alive for some years, now, aside from certain questionable tapes and videos that periodically appear, and which may, in fact, be 'manufactured' by Al-Qaeda.) It would definitely "hurt the cause" of both the United States, and Al-Qaeda, for an announcement to be made that the Bin Laden was, in fact, dead, you do realize, for both need him 'alive' for the 'inspiration' of this conflict.]

"Living"? (if you can call that 'living') in a cave somewhere in the mountians of Afghanistan or Pakistan, is not exactly the same thing as campaigning against Sen. Hillary Clinton, in IA, NH, NY, PA, OH, and the other 43 states, Sen. Barack Obama has now been in.

    At least, IMO.

Ed, I totally agree. This is pitiful and I never even caught it!!! Thanks, that was a good catch. The author's point could have been made without resorting to those kinds of tactics!
