    I agree...

And will add, if we waged war the way we used to the troops would have been home now...

But nooo... we have become a panty-waist nation afraid to wage war.

War is Hell... someone once said...
Now it is just a game.

    Ecc 3:8
    (8)
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

The problem is, we are trying to have peace at a time of war...we are mixing the 2...

Shock and Awe used to mean something... now it means...

"Hey you over there.. you hoo.... we are going to bomb you .... but don't worry, we will help you rebuild.. and you can hide in citizens houses, because we will not bomb them...

AMEN! Political correctness has no place in war. You know, during WWII, people who complained about the troops and criticized the war were considered traitors. You either stood with your country, or you were against it, plain and simple. Now our news media blatantly spreads rumors and lies, and does all it can to undermine our country--and it's called "freedom of the press." It's downright unpatriotic!

If/when the liberal element in this country gets what it wants, it will suddenly find that 90+% of the bleeding hearts (those not in the category of "ELITE") are no longer useful and will be treated as the scum that the rest of us are considered now.

These folk are in for a rude awakening if their ideology becomes reality!

I don't think you intend to equate our military with terrorists. That would be like equating the death penalty and abortion.

Yup. Hide in the mosques where we're too afraid to upset anyone.

We should have declared war, first, then we should fight to win it. I would rather see 100,000 dead Arab citizens who were too afraid to confront their thug leaders than one dead American who had to do it for them.

When the citizens of these rebel countries get tired of hiding terrorists, then they won't have to worry about us killing them...

But if you hide a terrorist, you deserve to be killed, civilian or not.
    People it is war...
    With war there is death...

You are correct! I guess I could have used a better simile.

Of course, the liberal media never prints all of the good things our troops do to take care of the civilians (especially the children)...

So, you're saying it is perfectly fine to slaughter innocent people, who had nothing to 9/11?

You say it's okay for our troops to rape Iraqi Women?

You say it's okay for Army contractor to rape female employees?

You say it's okay for United States troops to shoot defenseless dogs?

You say it's okay for the United States Armed forces to slaughter Iraqi Innocent Iraqi Citizens and then cover it up?

and Yes, all of this has happened. it has been documented, In some cases caught on video.

You think that a Government which lead us into a so-called "War", and invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11, which was based upon cherry picked and faulty intelligence and outright lies, is just perfectly fine?

You think that invading a country that HAD NOTHING TO DO with 9/11 is fine?

    and what has been done?

    Nothing.

The stench of the corruption of this Presidential Administration and Government reaches the high Heavens.

Bush and Co. should be tried tried in the hague as WAR CRIMINALS!

Because that is what they are!

They're Neo-Conservative Criminals who should in prison.

Isn't it nice to sit back and critize everything someone else does when they have all the responsibility and you have none?

IMO, President Bush told no lies.

    We found the smoking gun.

    It was Saddam Hussein...

Nobody these days can say that with a straight face let alone still believe it. Yer smirkin behind that screen aren't ya? I understand complex reversed poilical humor some too having used it myself a time or two.

Citizens have responsibilities too. Like defending the constitution against the usurpations of tyrants in patriots clothing.

While 9/11 was going on, and the news was trying to figure out who was behind it, it showed scenes of Iraqi people burning the US flag, and laughing at the TV footage....
    Women and children too...

They were as much part of that day as the rest of the terrorist... I have no compassion for a people that can laugh at American citizens dying...

I am sure not every Iraqi was laughing, but plenty were...

    That did it for me.

Islam is not a religion of peace, and I shudder when I hear W say it is...

If he would have used enough force to do it right, he could have removed Hussein, not worried about rebuilding Iraq... let the laughing cowards rebuild their country themselves...
Then he could have concentrated on Bin Laden...

We need to quit rebuilding, and start fighting like warriors.

The Bush administration should have concentrated on Osam bin Laden, al Qaeda, and its Taliban allies - the folks who attacked these United States on September 11, 2001 - period.

Destroy Iraqi civilization because some members of the population laughed on September 11, 2001? As a Christian, tinytim, you can't be serious. Please tell me you are not being serious, brother.

The above post (tinytim) reminds me of another ridiculous quote "they attacked us because they hate our freedom" G.W. Bush and the corporate mainstream media echo chamber. Baloney they hate us because we've meddled in their internal affairs for decades and lay claim to their natural resources.

You wouldn't like it if some other country did that here.
