You can't repeal a Supreme Court decision. And stare decisis makes it very difficult to revisit that decision.

If it can be proven that Roe vs Wade has been used to legalize murder would that be an exception?

No. A SCOTUS decision is the law of the land and their decisions are by definition the basis of what is legal. Therefore the actions predicated on that decision are legal. With Roe v Wade in effect no doctor nor patient could be charged with murder provided the action was in compliance with Roe v Wade. :(

What will likely happen is that science will determine a fetus is viable at an ever increasing early age. It's already happening. As that occurs individual states will make laws outlawing abortion past a certain number of weeks from conception. Eventually some liberal group will challenge these laws and it will go to the Supreme Court.

Unless a change in the Constitution occurs - ie an amendment
or if the SCOTUS overrules itself later on

Sin is not just the overt act, for that act is but the outward manifestation of sinfulness of which is nature andconformed to the world.

Therefore the social laws attempts to push back at what society considers wrong, however in very few instances can such laws be considered just, or those charged and convicted will be served or serve justly.

Because, by all Biblical measure, society is ungodly, can any law that conforms to their standard ascend to that of righteous or just?
