Now, let's go up a notch.

Suppose this Muslim convert did want to be baptized, and suppose a couple of his wives also got converted like him, and they want to be baptized, and they start attending church, what are you going to do ?

Do you not think God can't baptize them. Don't be ignorant in Gods power. If he can save a soul he can baptize someone with water. Mt 10:28 And fear not them which KILL the body, but are not able to KILL the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Nah, that would be too simple.... we must have it complicated...

Don't you know we are Baptists?!!

Why, when the rapture happens we will have to have a motion, a second, discussion, and vote..... just to see if we should Go!!!
And just hope no one tries to table it for seven yrs!!!

    :tongue3:

What if there were no hypothetical questions?

OK ... so maybe this isn't hypothetical for everyone, but really -- has anyone here faced this issue?

It's interesting that no one has offered an explicit biblical prohibition against polygamy. This is one of those teachings many of us assume is in the Bible, but isn't. Like when Jesus instructed us, saying "Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a day ...."
