need help finding scripture

Isn't there a scripture that speaks about repetitious prayer? If so could you let me know where to locate it?

biblegateway.com is very helpful. If you know the passage, , but not the complete verse you can look that up. Or if you know the key words, but not the passage, you can look that up, too.

This may be what you're looking for:

Matthew 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do, for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Jesus then follows with the Model Prayer.
