Need idea for VBS - please help an old lady

Hey, yall. I am doing the music for our VBS. We are doing a theme called "Power Up" and its mascots are ants who lift weights. Its just kinda cheesy for 5th and 6th grade guys. Our tradition for the youth (7th grade and up) is to make a human video - really just a skit set to a secular song and make it have a Christian message. ( we are doing Sara Evans' "Restless") Its really cool. But I need something for 5th and 6th grade guys. Can any of you get some creative juices flowing and help me with some ideas?

The theme is along the lines of workout, weight lifting, power, etc. Thanks yall.
