    ...the debate always returned to the status of the top marginal rate for individuals earning over $200,000 and $250,000 for couples—aka the Bush tax cuts for people who do not own private aircraft.

    Crazy, isn't it? Our owners have convinced us that $200K is rich. That way they stir up intra-class warfare between the union workers and the scabs. It works because our owners quit teaching math in big city schools? The working class now thinks the jump between 20K and 200K is the same as the jump between 200K and 2 million.
