I like apple tart, hot with custard.......... Home made pastry and custard.

Do you use frozen pastry , or ready made custard?
Oh, can someone tell me what light corn syrup is? Is there anything else that I can substitute for this, as I am unable to find any in this` one horse town`

Home made - package is no good!!1

(Light corn syrup - light in color -nearly clear -- as opposed to regular - which would be darker in color)

Do you ever go rock climbing?

My most embarassing moment? If anyone wants to hear about it, they can PM me. I think there are some who would be scandalized. [IMG]

Q: Have you ever or would you ever cut your own hair?

(pm is on the way Kelly) [IMG]

I used to cut my hair all the time. I still trim it up myself and then have it cut and put back in shape about twice a year.

    Ever bungee-jumped?

No. Not only am I afraid of hieghts, I think that snap at the end would probably paralyze me.

What was the most adventurous thing you've ever done?

I got married! [IMG] That's about as close to the edge as I'm going. I am not a very adventuresome person.

Do you watch old TV shows in syndication that you like?

i really do have a fear of heights, so an 11 1/2 hour flight to South Africa and going to the top of Table Mountain was adventurous for me. [IMG] [IMG]

I do watch old tv shows is syndication. [IMG]

And I don't have a sewing machine. I barely have a sewing kit! My toolbox is bigger and has more stuff in it than my sewing box! I can fix a hem or a seam and sew on buttons, but nothing much more than that.

Q: What are some ways you procrastinate?

When I have a job I am dreading, instead of doing that first and getting it out of the way, I find other jobs to do first.

    Optimist or Pessimist?

Optimist - with people. I always try to see the best in people - give them the benefit of the doubt. My wife on the other-hand generally makes decisions about people almost immediately.

I tell her - "give them a chance." She is usually right - I am usually wrong - she has a "sixth sense" about people - and I hate it.

Are you a black and white person - or do you see gray?

I'm more of a brown and peach person. Not everything can be so cut and dry.

Have you ever been hit in the face with a snowball?

    Yes...

Q: Have you ever white-washed someone just because the way they were begging was begging to be white-washed?

Wasn't the white wash in "Tom Sawyer" a lime and water mixture? It seems to me that if I was to white-wash someone - they ought to be dead first - or the lime would irritate their skin!!!

Or do you mean - do I try to make someone look better than they really are? If that is what you meant - there is really only one person I do that to ME - ME - ME - ME -- or is it Me, Myself, and I.

Are you going to do any thing special today?
