One made by a gourmet cook, which I neither have to help make or clean up after. :D

    Seen any good movies lately?

The Counte of Monte Cristo was one. Bourne Identity was pretty good. Me and the boy watched snow dogs. They gave it thumbs up.

Have you ever lost your wallet or purse?

Lost my wallet at a school function in the auditorium - when my children were young and living at home.

It was returned to me a couple of years later. Seems it got caught in the fold up seating somehow.

Says a lot about honest people - I got it back. [IMG]
Also says a lot about the cleaning crew - it took a couple of years to find it.

If you are married - do you get your spouse a father's day or mother's day gift.

I always used to tell Jan that she was not my mother - and that always went over big (like a lead balloon)! [IMG] :(

I'm supposed to remember what I had for BREAKFAST?? That was HOURS ago!
But you're in luck, I wanted to try something different so I made apple/pear crisp. [IMG] Yes, for breakfast! [IMG]
We had bacon and eggs and toast for lunch.
I haven't decided on dinner yet. I'm being pushed to make "big fat noodles". It's one of those self-created things I'd never serve company because it's so ugly but everyone here loves it. [IMG]

What's your favorite meatless lasagna recipe?

    Miracle Lasagne

3 cups Prego Spaghetti Sause w/ Mushrooms
    6 uncooked Lasagne noodles
    2 cups Ricotta cheese
    2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

In a 2 qt. baking dish (11x7) spread the following ingredience in this order:
    1 cup sauce
    top w/ 3 uncooked noodles
    Ricotta cheese
    1C. Mozarella
Parmesan cheese and 1 C. sauce.
Top w/ remaining uncooked noodles & sauce.
    Cover
    Bake @ 375 degrees for 1 hr.
    top w/ remaining mozzarella cheese
Let stand 5 min before serving.

Bet you didn't think that I who reportedly doesn't like cooking would be the one to actually share a receipe. [IMG] I know you don't like Parmesan cheese Gina, so leave it out, but add a little salt as that is pretty much all that Parm. cheese adds anyway.

Do you ever try to avoid things that scare you by procrastination?

I wake up instantly and fall back to sleep instantly. I get up at 7am and watch the news until the last possible minute, take a shower at 7:40 am and leave by 8:15am to get to work by 8:25am.

Do you drive around with the windows down or up? (weather permitting of course)

I have the driver's window open a couple of inches no matter what the weather (unless it is raining). I like fresh air.

    Eating out for Mother's Day?

I will be home with wife, mom and 2 sisters (who are both recent new mommies). Hate the crowds and can't get around that well anyways.

Does your family have a secret getaway?

Just got up! I washed the dishes from yesterday,
took all my meds, baked a large potato, and now I
am eating it with margarine, plain yogurt, salt, and
    LOTS OF PEPPER!!!

I plan on plaanting some things in my garden,
hoeing some weeds, and my husband is taking me
    out for Mothers Day.

Are any of you celebrating this day?

My daughter with 3 of my grandsons are driving down from Indiana to visit with me this afternoon. Hubby is buying KFC for dinner. I have had phone calls from my other 3 children this morning. I am blessed!

Are there many trees in your yard?

Yes, we have a bunch of trees in the yard, but my favorite is the little Japanese maple that's close to the front porch. It's a slow growing, graceful little tree, and sunshine makes its leaves turn a beautiful deep red color. We also have dogwood, oak, regular maple in front, and pecan, mimosa, and a weeping willow in back. A couple of the ones in back may have to go, the roots are strangling the septic lines.

What's the most useless gift you ever received?

Front yard about a 1/4 of an acre. Lots of trees, a swing and lush green grass. Back yard about a 1/2 an acre. Pool, Treehouse, Gardner's shed, Open garage, and Jurrasic (sp) park (an old dog kennel that has grown over).

Do you live in a neighborhood or out on your own?
