    I'll let KyRedneck answer the other parts of your post, but *tom needs to correct some glaring errors on your part.

    1. I never claimed we "cannot be certain of any details" or that it is "apocalyptic drama". Of course, I suspect you just kind of skim read our words for ammunition rather than for comprehension.

    2. Your logic is leaky. You assume my (alleged) uncertainty has a connection to KyRedneck's answer. It doesn't. He was mostly quoting from Thess, not Rev. Thess is not an (again, allegedly) "uncertain" book. There is not the same emphasis on signs and symbols. Revelation is a book that is sui genera (unique) in the NT.

    This is the tiresome part; having to repeat the same basic things.
