New feature - Image Signatures

Can you explain to me about the 60x60 because the image signatures I see on this thread aren't square?!

Does only one dimension have to be 60 and if so, which one?

I hope it means that for those of us who are a
little rounder, they will thin us down a bit. 8o)

 

Hi Helen -

The image would remain exactly as you submit it. This site would link to the URL that you provide. We leave it to you to "thin up" or "round out".

The 60 X 60 requirement prevents images that are too large from being used. For example my image signature is 40 X 62. (I don't know how I ended up with those extra two pixels on the heighth! )

Okay, so, I just got here, read all the posts on this thread, And through all the banter still can't figure out what your talking about...Are you talking about adding a picture like some of you have under your name? Does it have to be a picture of us? Can it be an Avatar?

I know, I know, all this immaterial to my knowing since my posts don't measure up. (yet) lol

No, I'm afraid we do not have that capability. Anyone can copy anything off of any page of this site rather easily.

Kelly, load the webpage the image is on, right click on the photo and go to "properties". That should give you the specific URL.
