New Mexico, where religious freedom is dead?

I can't understand how this ruling will stand up to further challenges at the next legal level, but then again I thought the forced mandate in Affordable Healthcare Act would render the whole thing unconstitutional, so you never know. It's hard to think that a state law would override the Constitution.
