    The specific passage quoted was fulfilled in the ministry of Jesus upon the earth at His first coming, as those beleiving jews/faithful remnant elected out due to His grace, are saved, but also await a compete fulfillment to national Isreal at His second coming, when all living jews at that time shall be saved by him!

    And ALL sinners have been saved the same way, by the Grace of the Cross of Christ, received thru faith alone!

    God enabled those under the old covenant to see that the rituals and sacrifices were all signs pointing towards Him to come, while we are saved by looking ay Him already came!
