Still trying to play the victim huh QS? When you use "offensiveness" as a tool its legit. But when someone tosses it back at you, you get your feelings hurt...

Don't worry though, I have made my point. You can't take what you dish out and have sufficiently proven it.

I didn't intend to spend much time in your pig pen with you. I remember what they say about wrestling with a pig... you both get dirty but the pig likes it. You like to obscure the issue and keep things on a superficial, emotional level... it hides the fact that your belief is baseless.

I like being clean and have no need of mud-slinging to defend what I believe. As I stated before, my position is consistent with the Bible, historical fact, and logic. Yours is not- demonstrated over and over by your behavior, responses (or lack thereof), and evasion/deflection.

    Uh, Kidz...

Ya might wanna check out the veracity of these various websites before ya cut-and-paste from them. The one you just quoted doesn't appear to have been written by the brightest crayons in the box. Like most KJVO articles, this one's full of errors also. It even starts out with one:"We believe that this version of the bible is the only true version in existance today." That means, "shame on the Germans, Japanese, Russians, & others who don't read English. They don't got no Bible".

Wanna practive checking the veracity of websites? Here's ya a good place to start:

    http://lionofjudah.tribulationforces.com/false/kjvo.html

BTW, you prolly live about 50 miles from me. I live in Lawrence Co. Ohio just a few miles from Huntington. So far, we have Milton, Sutton, and Portsmouth OH all represented here, besides you & I.

I copied the following from the site you posted, Cranston, the guy is a closed book, even to any information, he's a know-it-all, one of your chiefest kine, yes, I said KINE.

You might consider posting a more credible source to aid you in your "aids":

    "DISCLAIMERS AND INTRODUCTION

A WORD TO KJV ONLYISTS WHO ARE CONSIDERING E MAILING ME:

    (a) I used to be somewhat willing to listen to complaints from angry KJVOs, but no more; things have changed:

You need to read over my policies regarding receiving hate e-mail (which has a KJVO section) and e-mail in general. This site exists as an online resouce: I do not list my e mail address for purposes of dialogue and debate with site visitors. My address is there for people who may want to submit new links and the like.

I am not interested in receiving any pro- KJV Onlyist literature. Please do not e-mail me with information, links, charts or anything else promoting your stance. I will not view them.

I am not interested in debating people via e-mail about the Bible versions controversy, or about which family of manuscripts is "the best" or any other such topic.

I have been involved in the KJV Only debate since around the mid to late 1990s. I have already heard all the arguments and points against the NIV and other modern versions, as well as the arguments against the Critical Texts.

I am very satisfied with my NIV and NASB and know that they are the word of God, thank you.

Please save your time and mine and don't write to me insisting that I hate the KJV, that I am "against" the KJV or God, or that I am not a "Bible believer" or what have you.

I've heard it all before (many, many times over), and I've already been told I'm a hell bound heathen and have been called every name in the book, from "Alexandrian cultist" to "Bible corrector" from various KJV Onlyists over the years.

I can assure you that you have nothing new to add that I haven't come across before, whether by way of insult or information.

    (b) I am not in complete agreement with all views in every site and page linked to here in the KJV Onlyism section of my site, and this goes for the rest of the site as well.

Further, if you are unhappy with the contents of an off-site article I am linked to from my site and wish to complain about it, you need to contact the owner of that site and not me."

I did not know that I should post the link of my post when it had no copywrite or the name of the person who wrote it.
I am just trying to show you that there is MUCH difference in the KJV and all others.

I do not have time to fuss with you over it.

I BELIEVE THE KJV IS GOD'S HOLY WORD FOR THE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE enough said

    Hit and Run.

Hey don't run off. There is a lot to learn here on the good ol BB.

You'll probably learn more here [snipped].

Preach the truth, but know it first.

While your efforts are appreciated, the last two generations of KJVOnlyists have pointed out the same exact things. What we want is *PROOF* for their claims. For example, we're waiting for *PROOF* that some MVs have omitted material and that the KJV didn't ADD it.

"I do not have time to fuss with you over it."

Evidently you DO cuz you're DOING IT.

"I BELIEVE THE KJV IS GOD'S HOLY WORD FOR THE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLE enough said."

So do I. I also believe the Model-T is the car for the American people, but not to the exclusion of any other.

I believe that prior to 1611, the Geneva and Tyndale's and the Bishops' and Matthew's and the Great Bibles were God's Holy Word for the English speaking people and that they didn't stop being God's word with the publication of the KJV.

If "only" the KJV is God's word, than God's word didn't exist prior to 1611 enough said.

Uh! Praise Jee-zuz and pass the biscuits! Uh!

Uh. Let's excuse ignorance, just because he refuses to learn. He says something inane and refuses to listen to other people. Uh. Sounds like someone else we know.

Surely we must encourage this behavior. Uh.

I learned not to listen to people who mock the Name above all others, along with those who mock worship of the Only True God.

I believe your statement to be profaning the Lord's Name and in turn you have become guilty of taking His Name in vain. But some liberals say it is o.k. for them, just not others, and that is justified by their opinion, just like everything else is justified by their opinion.

I've learned not to listen to people who speak when they don't know what they're talking about. What you believe, uh, doesn't mean a hill of beans. Uh, see?

</font>[/QUOTE]One thing that I have "lernt from ye" is that to you, up means down, down means up, English is good, Greek/Hebrew is irrelavent, God is limited to old English, God speaking in modern English (see 1 Cor 14:9) is bad.etc, ad infintum. Why, you have Polytransphobia :D
