    Kristi, the Pastor wasn't implying that Women wernt allowed to go to heaven, but would be transformed into men, ( Get perfect bodies) [​IMG] . I too think it is ubsurd, just wanted to know if other people have heard of this too. Also it comes to mind some other scripure he used to point out his theory was, the Bible makes no mention of female Angels too, while I aggree with that as Biblicaly true, just not convinced women will be turned into men, someone will have to do the laundry :D (just kidding, don't flame me)) [​IMG]

    Pastor Johnson is flat-out wrong.

    He's completely taking a verse out of the intended context. It's tantamount to the warped folks who think that "peace on earth, good will towards men" doesn't apply to women. Utter nonsense.

    No, he used isolated verses in scripture and took them out of context to support a non-scriptural point of view.
    Clearly, your pastor has not seem me <edited>. I refuse to believe that this body of mine is a perfect body, for I cannot concieve of an afterlife so poorly designed. :eek:
