    Northwestern defeated Ohio State for the first time since 1971 and for the first time in Evanston since 1958.

    Many of the "traditional" powerhouses had a tough week . . and will have a tougher season.

    Speaks more to the correctness of limiting scholarships to 85 for everyone. I can't believe that I am saying this but the NCAA got it right on this one.
