    Sad to say what passes for satire/humor in the Babylon Bee website is really poor and most often a waste of the most precious resource I have - time.

    I am old and therefore "suspect" that my opinions are glum because I haven't had enough fiber in the diet, but don't think I'm alone. I need time to use the 'net for research in sermon and teaching work or at least in some top-shelf humor.

    Ready to hear your thinking . . .

    Yeah, me and a pentecostal friend were laughing at the "baby giving a speech at her baptism article." Then I mentioned one of the Benny Hinn articles and his face went from :Biggrin to :Cautious.

    I think I saw in the Bee about Baptist preachers wearing Bow ties -
    Wish I had kept the picture that was featured in the article........

    The best one about baptists, in my opinion, was the article saying that baptists had rearranged the food pyramid to be nothing but casseroles. Lol, it had me rolling.

    Well, they say "you're only as old as you feel." Bob feels he is too old to laugh at Babylon Bee satire. Looks like you're still safe! :Thumbsup

    HEY HEY HEY - I wore ONLY bow ties for years. Here is snap from faculty page in our college yearbook 1997 . . .

    When I taught college I said to my students "REAL men wear bow ties."

    They immediately answered, "Why are YOU wearing one, then?"
