    Striving for excellence is forbidden in today's schools.

    Mediocrity is the NEA standard.

    As always, if you take federal government money, you dance to their tune, but many states are falling down on their job as well.

    Obama's appointment hasn't even been able to maintain a decent level of mediocrity in his schools, just failure.
