    More waste.
The parties filing this suit should be made to reimburse the US for this waste of time and money.
I did not vote for Mr. Obama but this flat earth/end is nigh garbage needs to end or at least move it's case over to George Nory.

The case against McCain at this point will have to be dropped. The only way a case has legitimacy is if some injury can be shown. Since McCain lost there is no injury to be had which is not the case with Obama if he is in fact not qualified.

I agree - it is STILL centred around one crackpot, Hillary loving loony Democratic lawyer!

And what if McCain is found not to be a natural born citizen, but Obama is one?

What if? McCain isn't the President. I guess he wouldn't be able to run in four years. Although there may not be much left run for especially if a war breaks out in the Middle East over Iran's nuclear program.

Would it make a difference since he's not the president elect? Now, if both he and Obama are found to NOT be natural born, we have a huge mess on our hands!

Yeah 538 electors chosen and apparently the free will to vote for whomever they want.

Unfortunately for your point here, there's never been a question about McCain's parents being citizens of another country, or McCain taking on the citizenship of another country.

So while it's unlikely that the cases against Obama will show any negative results against the president-elect, it's even less likely that such a question would have any merit with McCain.

I said it somewhat tongue in cheek. Both are rediculious ideas. I do not know why so much time and money is being wasted on this.

McCain was not born in the then 48 States ... but the Panama Canal Zone.

At this point it matters not where McCain was born or even if he would qualify to be President.

While Rev is correct...your statement was inane. Where McCain was born doesn't matter. What matters was the citizenship of his parents at the time he was born, and/or whether he changed his citizenship at any time up until he was made a candidate.

I will make a prediction. Whatever the merits of the case; whether Obama is a natural born citizen or not, the Supreme Court will not hear the case! Chaos would result.

Just so no one gets the wrong impression Obama is not fit to be president.

I agree. For the sake of "peace" they will not hear the case. Just look at how angry and ugly the homo's got at the prop 8 rally with the old lady. Liberals can be quite intimidating, for sure.
