    Let me be very clear on the economics of President Obama’s State of the Union speech and his budget.

    He is declaring war on investors, entrepreneurs, small businesses, large corporations, and private-equity and venture-capital funds.

    That is the meaning of his anti-growth tax-hike proposals, which make absolutely no sense at all — either for this recession or from the standpoint of expanding our economy’s long-run potential to grow.

    Study after study over the past several decades has shown how countries that spend more produce less, while nations that tax less produce more. Obama is doing it wrong on both counts.

    This person showed their obvious political bias when they made this conclusion. Statements like that depend on what study you're looking at and we know which ones they got that from...

    Until Americans cancel his blank check authority, I don't believe Obama will be truly interested in "economic recovery".

    We are being set back a generation. It will take 20+ years to recover from this insane approach to tax and spend.

    Instead he is making all the right moves to prolong the recession and maybe turn it into a full blown depression.

    Mindless government spending does not grow the economy. It shrinks it.

    Profit is a dirty word to socialists like Obama.

    the full blown socialist state Obama wants can only come about if he can cripple or disable the capitalist model this nation the richest and most prosperous nation the wo0rld has ever known.

    He is not really interested in improving the economy. He is continueing the democrat philosophy that what's bad for America is good for them.

    The Donald certainly has no use for Obama and I have heard him give some valid reasons why this tax and spend approach is doomed to fail and spin our country into an abyss. We are going to end up a third world county. This president has done more harm to our country in only 30 days than all other presidents put together in the history of our sick and sad nation.

    I had an earlier threat that stated O'bama's intention was to drive the country to bankruptcy and out of the ashes form a Socialist/Fascist state.

    Normally it takes about a year to recover from a recession. However, based on the tactics used by Old Franklin Delano Roosevelt, which are being emulated by O'bama it will take at least 8 years and another World War.

    Those who failed to learn from history are doomed to repeat it, which by the way, is what I think O'bama wants.
