Obama weighs E.O. Authority for gun control on Russian Army ....

Actually, I wouldn't put this past Obama, but the truth is, following his controversial visit to Roseburg, Obama did say he is not beyond using Execvutive Orders to implement far-reaching gun control laws on all Americans.

I won't ask if you think he'd go this far, because we all know he would (use EO to get his way), but what I will ask is this: What should Congress do to stop him from going over their heads and even the heads of all Americans who support the Second Amendment? And would you support Congress if stopping Obama on this highly sensitive issue meant closing down the government by their only tool, Power of the Purse?
