I think your edit was effective also. We have over 10 Million illegals in this country and no real system to identify and deport them. She is just part of a broken system that is not politically expedient to fix.

Don't know of MA laws but in OR welfare/medical people are not allowed to inquire of citizenship - only register those that want benefits. Tax people cannot report known illegal fraud due to disclosure laws. Police were not allowed to inquire till just recently.

Our Governor loves the illegals and until a few months ago assured that they got drivers licenses and along with that motor voter registration so we have thousands that may be voting in elections.
