    What exactly is a "civilian national security force"?

    How can it be "just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded" as our military?

    No one seems to know or be willing to say!

    You are correct MP. The constant fear mongering by O'bama is ridiculous and is making the economy worse. Is that is his intent or is he just incompetent like Carter.

    Canadians showed him a real welcome and I am proud of my fellow Canadians for welcoming the President of our best neighbour.

    I have always been of the thought process that 'decency' is in part, defined by how you treat the people you don't like or that are your enemies...

    I don't know. I assume O'bama does since the threw the idea out there. May I also mention that in Nazi Germany the Military was afraid of the Gestapo which I believe was a National Police Force.

    At last! Someone is beginning to see the reasoning behind the rhetoric. The civilian security force must rival the military in strength and resources in order to effectively bar them from making good on their oath, to protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

    Well that's quiet a remark you are saying to Old Regular. I heard Obana say that we needed a civilian militia in some of his remarks and I haven't listened to any sound bites. You may love the Obana fellow and it is alright but sometimes we attack others for what they have heard. I don't know if I can trust Mr. Obana. He may be ok, but he could be not ok too. Wait and watch and then make your own conclusions after the fact.
