    On Civil Government: Its Origin, Mission, and Destiny, and the Christian's Relation to It by David Lipscomb

    Started reading this book and I am halfway through it. I am finding it to be a very interesting read about human governments and the Christian’s relationship and interactions with them. It is quite the eye opener to someone like myself who has been interested in politics since I was 8 years old and had never really questioned Christians being involved in the political process, such as voting or public policy or holding political office or working in a government job.
