A person has to be willing to accept help before one can give it.

At least Senator Obama is not a warmonger like Senator McCain is. Being a warmonger is not exactly a loving thing for anyone in the world.

 

A warmonger? What war did he start? I know he is all for defending our country and even seeking justice on those that attack us, but that doesnt make him a warmonger.

Break into my house or harm one of my family, and then see how much of a "warmonger" that i am. If defense of one's home and loved ones makes them a warmonger then I am guilty also.

As has already been pointed out McCain's infidelity simply makes him a sinner just like the of us. The difference is just that his sin happens to be public knowledge.

I'm not sure about the charge of elitism and his "being out of touch with homeowners." How is McCain an elitist? How is he "out of touch with homeowners?"

I find it amusing that you would call McCain an elitist. Since this thread is about BHO let's look at his elitism.

BHO owns a $1.65 million home that he purchased for about 1/3 the price in conjunction with his slum lord friend who bought the adjacent lot from the same seller, on the same day, for full asking price. Then his slum lord friend turned around and sold BHO part of that lot for pennies on the dollar. Nice little nest egg.

BHO attended the elite of the elite Ivy League schools.

BHO and all the other "man-made global warning" advocates are telling us to reduce our carbon foot print, use less, conserve etc., while they fly around on private jets. Hypocrites!

Elitists like this enjoy making the rules for the rest of us to follow, but the rules do not apply to them. Hypocrites one and all (and they come from both political parties).

 

You can keep pushing that idea if you wish, but it sure rings hollow. I've ministered in those Nairobi slums. No one ever tuned down our assistance. Likewise, according to quotes from BHO's half-brother George, he sure seemed to be open to assistance if not out right asking for it.

Please provide evidence and sources to back up this claim of McCain being a "warmonger." Oh... and since this thread is about BHO please feel free to start another thread to address these questions about McCain. Let's say on topic here please.

I found it all yet another distraction to evaluating the substance - or lack thereof - of this celebrity candidate.

 

I found it rather funny tonight as BHO gave his acceptance speech and he said "I am my brother's keeper and I am my sister's keeper." I bet BHO's half-brother, George, living on about $1.00 per month in a Nairobi slum is really feeling well lept by his big brother tonight as he goes to sleep inside his 2x3 meter hut huh?
