    We should all vote for Barak Obama, and Oprah :eek: told us why today :D ...

    Great sound bite, and it fits her crazy "touchy feely" brand of *spirituality* perfectly...but just about the silliest thing I've ever heard.

    Well now, Since the Oprah is backing him i must vote for him. :rolleyes:

    No one should place any validity in a candidate just because a celebrity backs a politician.

    Oprah is a big name with big name connections. She also has a huge following among women. Her backing cannot do anything except help Obama, which sounds good to me!

    She is a big name. I agee. But, she also makes things up.
    She may help him, but not into the White House.

    I wouldn't be so quick to assume this won't help Obama win the White House. I still think that Hillary is too strong for him to defeat her, but Obama definitely has big momentum with him now due to Ms. Winfrey inserting her endorsement in such a big way into the presidential race.

    This could get interesting.

    I've never really cared for Oprah but her backing can only help Obama. I can't imagine someone not voting for Obama because Oprah backs him.
