Featured Ordination of Women

That is to safeguard/prevent a Pastor/leader doing sinful acts, teaching false doctrines, and wants to sin still, and refuses local church discipline...

 

Yes, I get it. You don't think women can be pastors or elders according to the scriptures. You have been heard. (Many times, in fact.)

You need to realize that some serious conservative scholars, as well as regular interpreters of scripture, do not see the blanket prohibition against women serving in those areas BECAUSE of their reading of the same scripture.

There is a diversity of opinion on this issue. I have been on both sides of the issue in my Christian walk and understand how various people interpret the texts. I personally do not see a prohibition against women serving in any capacity in the church. You do.

This thread is not about that issue, nor am I interested in having a debate about the issue.

The New Testament demonstrates that women were fully integrated into life and ministry of the church, including prophesying (speaking/teaching) and evangelism. What evidence do you have that women should NOT be ordained by a church to serve in any position?

I just stedtat there is NO biblical evidence tha NT churches ordained Women as either Pastors/Elders, but rest you listed here are fine!
