The "Ordo Salutis" means the "order of salvation." Both reformed and non-reformed people have an order in which they believe salvation occurs.

The Ordo Salutis in Reformed Circles is:

    1) election
    2) predestination
    3) gospel call
    4) inward call
    5) regeneration
    6) conversion (faith & repentance)
    7) justification
    8) sanctification
    9) glorification. (Rom 8:29-30)

In classical Arminian Cirlces the Ordo Salutis is:

    1) calling
    2) faith
    3) repentance
    4) regeneration
    5) justification
    6) perseverance
    7) glorification.

The Classical Dispensational Ordo Salutis varies from both in the sense that perseverance is not a part of the Ordo Salutis.
