1611 KJV Bible with side notes, preface, introduction, and apocrypha can be oredered at CBD for 21.99 plus shipping. The reason I am making this known is that over the last few years much has been made over being KJVO and referencing the 1611 version. My bet is not 1 in 50 KJVO have an actual 1611 KJV in thier possession, and I am showing them where they can get it.:godisgood:

Would you care to include in your remarks the differences in the Germane text-type of the Gutenburg press and that available at later times to make any distinction?

There are distinct differences if you care to be honest enough to admit them.:tonofbricks:

All of the letters are facing the right direction but other than that it is claimed to be just as the original. By the way I have one myself. No reason to get upset or hostile.

Not upset and not as you might like to think that I'm being hostile and I do take offense that you presume that I am.

I asked for clarification and honesty in the matter, if that is upsetting or being hostile then the serpent would concur with that notion.

Then I owe you an apology. Like we say we cannot read body language on this board all we can do is read the words. So I do sincerely apologize and am sorry if I offended you in any way. POB:godisgood:

Is this a Nelson or Hendrickson reprint?
I have had the Nelson for years.

Somewhere online, I think it was linked from here on the BB, I have seen a photographic copy of a 1611 NT for about $25. I'd really like to get one of those!

Thanks, POB. I shouldn't have (money is tight) but I ordered one. I've always wanted to have one handy to look through instead of having to go to the web.

Yes, you are right. I've got a paper copy ($40 from Nelson)
and used to have the $40 copy from Henderson. I checked
a lot of the two and found they are the same copy.
Both these vendors changed from Gothic font to the
easier (for me) Roman font. By it not being a photocopy,
one can search it /electronic copy/. I also have the
electronic KJV1611 Edition from e-sword. The paper is
better - it had the Translator footnotes; the
electronic is better one can do word counts, search
through the test. I have the KJV1611 Edition from e-sword
    parallel with a KJV1769 Edition + Strong's numbers (all
the memorizing I did & spelling I learned are from the
    KJV1769 Edition).

This 1611 reprint is the one printed by Hendrickson. Hendrickson is also printing an edition of the 1560 Geneva Bible.

One difference between the Thomas Nelson 1611 reprint and the Hendrickson 1611 reprint is that the Hendrickson reprint includes introductory articles about the pre-1611 English Bibles, the 1611, and the later history of the KJV written by Alfred W. Pollard (pp. 5-53).

I gave my Hendrickson KJV1611 Edition reprint (Roman font)
away to a young KJVO would-be preacher boy.

I've still got the Nelson KJV1611 Edition reprint (Roman font).

I have found a couple of differences between the electronic
KJV1611 Edition of e-sword and the paper Nelson
KJV1611 Edition reprint. Those differences may be gone
by now cause I reported them to e-sword.
The electronic version does NOT have the translator
margin notes. I think they are part of the translation
and share the inerrancy of the original language
Bibles from which they were made.

CBD now has a Geneva too if anyone is interested in adding that to their collection. This is fairly new at CBD.

I just got mine. The print is way too small. I suppose I can find my reading glasses (they're in some box I haven't checked since moving).
