    They do, it's called a high dollar paycheck...

    If they pay isn't sufficient they shouldn't take the job.

    I am not the one who was complaining about it. That was you, I think wasn't it? I think you are the one who said they were just like janitors (or something to that affect ... I don't feel like going back to look up precisely). My point was that they are not just like janitors ... or middle management ... or line workers ... or whoever. They bear a huge responsibility. $90 mil huge? Probably not, but who am I to say? If hte people who set their salary say they are, then ...
