    This is just pitiful...

BEIJING - Staff at a zoo in southwest China are in mourning after a sleep-deprived panda dropped her two-day-old baby and crushed it to death, local media reported on Friday.

Panda needs an upper? They're gonna add something to her food to help her with grief? Wow... they should market that.

Sorry about the accident, but they're "IN MOURNING"?

Agreed, but just to enlighten some people around here, animals do have feelings.....anyone who owns a dog or cat knows that.

Very true Bro. Curtis. Yet, Lady Eagle is very correct in her statement as well.

I would think the infanticide happening would take a slight priority, and be a bigger issue, for us.

China is a great example of what happens when you remove God from the picture.

I think we use our hearts too much. Not calling anyone here depraved, mind you. It hurts to see a panda bear die, they look so cuddly. But why no tears for the murdered children ?

Sorry, as far as the panda goes, my give a darn's busted.

(BTW, my problem's with China, not anyone here)

This is not an "either/or" choice. We can feel bad about the baby panda and still be upset when infanticide takes place. Most humans are actually capable of caring for more than one thing at a time.

It was a joke, Daisy. It's easy for me to be upset with China for killing babies... yet my nation is doing it also. Actually, I'm outraged by both. :tear: I agree with BC that it seems a little odd that the baby panda gets so much press, and how many human babies are killed daily?

People are correct, I believe our nation risks destruction due to it's abortion laws. I support Dr. Mike S. Adams for president.

Watch it, Brother Curtis, or you will be accused of wishing for America's destruction like I was accused. :BangHead:

I pray for God's will, LE. I'm pretty sure you do, as well. My emotions get the better of me, at times, and people like the original poster probably feel I was picking on them, and I wasn't. I can't imagine God's going to allow us to keep it up.(abortion, which is right on par with what China does with it's little girls) Thank God for the Christ-thrilled, spirit-filled, bible-drilled Christians still here. Maybe we can stop it, some great day.

I pray for Christ to take me out of this world, and into his. Today would be great. But, his will, first.

Don't always agree with you, LE, but I think you have a pretty strong relationship with our Lord. I look forward to eternity, no matter how the November elections turn out, his will be done.
