    You're approaching understanding.

Jesus is coming back for a perfect, and holy, and spotless, and blameless church.
    So what?
If this has nothing to do with anyone's salvation.

Good, 'cause I don't know what it means.
So, you'll have to converse with the cemetary-trained members.
Please note: the Holy Spirit doesn't hang around cemetaries.

Google it. Even the cemetery folks can do that.

Condition of salvation? Of course not. Result of salvation? Of course. For, as Paul said, not I but Christ in me. And He is able.

Why are you running away from learning and then mocking the process of learning as though it were anathema?

Okay, what are we going to do with the 10 NT verses which say:
the one who practices righteousness is righteous (1 John 2?)?

IMO, this is a tactful way of saying,
If you're not practicing righteousness, you're not righteous (in God's eyes).

But, I understand ... Who cares, right?

This little group of 10 is just a place to start.
There are dozens more NT WARNING verses, which you may like to tackle.

Meanwhile, is Cassidy reconciling these verses with the so-called OSAS NT verses?

WHY? ... Because learning without the Spirit leading is a waste of time!

Perhoops, people in the cemetaries, er seminaries, believe they are being led by the Spirit.
    That's possibly the case.

WHO is leading these people who refuse to believe the spiritual gifts are still for today?
The choices are: God and Satan.

Why such prejudice? Is there a Bible passage that states "The Spirit of God doth not enter seminaries and guide the hearts of semanarians."?

Do all seminarians have a cessationist view of the gifts?

Are you one of those Assembly of God Baptists I've been hearing about? <gasp>

They are OSAS verses. If you have a faith that endures, then you have a faith through which God has made you a new creature. You are not defined by "old creature" things, but do "new creature" things. For illustration, a butterfly flies but a caterpillar crawls.

I'm not talking about those folks (many of whom have been deceived by Satan).
They have been, but you never are, right?
No, I'm talking about God's Truth (past. present, and future).

This is where I have a problem.
Having the new nature does NOT guarantee your faith will endure.
If so ... why so many warning verses, which you won't deal with?

I would say that MOST of charasmatic chaos is either doctrines of demons, or just nonsense today, and the signs and wonder gifts have ceased!
