The early Church was in a definite transisition period at the time of the NT books written!

the lord DID establish the truths of His Gospel and messiah yeshua thru the offices of the Apostles/prophets within local churches, as those gifted such were able to give forth 'annoited utterances" that were His way to establish and confirm doctrines in church..

After the Apostles, the Lord had firmly establish his church, so the Bible itself was the Sole and Only revelation given by Him on going!

The Bible does not say healing will stop. The Bible does tell us that God testified to what Jesus, the Prophets, and Apostles said, God testified to it by various gifts of the Holy Spirit, like tongues. God testified to it by miraculous signs and wonders. God did this during the laying of the foundation, and the foundation is laid. The foundation is laid.

The Bible does not say God will not answer prayers, or do things for His children. The Bible does not say God does not do miracles ever anymore.

The Bible does say prophecies, tongues, and new knowledge will cease.
Prophecies and new knowledge have ceased, no one can add to the Bible. Tongues have also ceased. Tongues were for a sign to the Jews, the Jews received the sign. Tongue speakers spoke mysteries, the mystery; the full gospel has been given.
