Poll: Americans ‘Overwhelmingly’ Believe Obama ‘Improperly Surveilled’ Trump Campaign

I was following the investigation. The details are that for YEARS the Russians have been quietly boosting news articles from fringe organizations with “like” bots to support extremism in US Politics. The goal was not a Trump victory, directly, but maximum political destability. That is why both anti-Trump and anti-Hillary stories dominated the internet. That is why leaks of sensitive POLITICAL (but not strategic) information became the modus operendi of the current political world.

The problem with the “investigation” is that it has become a witch hunt ... investigating everyone and everything except whether the POTUS committed criminal actions in the 2016 election. How long can the investigation reasonably drag on? A report issued (innocent or guilty) after the next presidential election is pointless. At this point, the Russians have everything they could have hoped for ... an ongoing investigation that taints and poisons all of American politics and an electorate that has less faith in its elected leaders (all of them) than any time I can remember (and I remember right after Watergate).

Personally, I am just about ready to declare this experiment in democracy a failure and bring back the Monarchy.

 

What are the detailed pro's and con's for the question?

 

The Democratic leadership has to be running scared, as theor party is crashing fast socialist, the economy looks too good to them, Russia collusion has fat zero, and they got caught being biased in the Fbi dealings with Hilliary and Donald! The big blue tidel wave is getting crushed toa mere ripple effect!

I would be happy to present the pros and cons of a Constitutional Convention to restore a Divine Right Monarchy over perpetuating the current Republic ... but it seems too far off topic.
