Good news, but it is still a LONG time before November.

And it can not come too soon for me. I am tired of all the election year gabbing that goes on.

It all depends on the economy.

I do not see this as good news. I see it as an irreversable shift to the left for thr GOP. Perhaps we'll get more libertarians out of this.

I believe we are already there. Alan keys has defected and gone to the constitution Party. He may run this year as their Presidential Candidate.

This statement is misleading to say the least. There is only one republican running in this election and most of you turned up your noses at him. There are no more republicans running. Now you're stuck with global neolib McCain.

    Good luck on that call.

I would proudly cast a vote for Alan Keyes.

I am right on the verge of doing so, however think I will wait to see who McCains VP is. If he picks a Romney or Giuliani, I will change parties the next day.

I've thought all along that the GOP nominee would pull nearly all Republicans back to the polls, in light of the liberals the Dem's have spawned.

The closer you look at the Democrat's the better McCain looks....

In my opinion, Obama is a welcomed change from the politics of those like McCain.

How very true; but it's almost a choice of drinking a glass of sour milk or pure vinegar; IOW NO good choice!
