Porn Blocking Software

    I saw this advertised on the board tonight. I don't know if there is anything else like this on the market. It appears that they use some algorithms to scan every image and determine if it is pornographic or not. If the software determines it is, it blurs the image, which can be overridden by a password. I'm going to check it out and see how it works. Its beta software right now.

    ok, it is very beta I think, I wouldn't bother with it. If you do try it, let us know what kind of results you get, I got my eyes burned by their test images trying to see them get blurry. It only caught one image after a reboot, and didn't do a great job blurring it completely either. I think it is a good idea if it can be properly implemented...

    Would be nice if it worked correctly. It blocks those that should be allowed, and allows those that should be blocked.

    It's a step in the right direction, but still needs work.
