Today, September 20, is observed as POW / MIA Remembrance Day. This is to both acknowledge and reflect upon the untold sacrifices these men and women from all conflicts made.

I fully recognize the fact that there are some people who (for whatever reason or reasons) do not feel obligated to contemplate what these POWs [ Prisoners Of War ] and MIAs [ Missing In Action ] did (and, in some cases, are still doing). If you please, that is their right to feel that way.

OTOH, I'm both honored and humbled to recognize POW/MIA Remembrance Day. I would hope that you also feel that way too.
