FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING ipso facto the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and corruption is rendered null and void.

Especially any outcome, which saw the winner attain his or her victory through fraudulent means and/or criminal conduct, is automatically invalid under the law.

    Likewise, fraud vitiates contracts.

An election is essentially a binding contract between the electorate and the elected.

This social contract is irreversibly broken through voter fraud since the public trust is profoundly violated.

Election fraud rents asunder the sacred covenant between the elected and the electors.

Hence, Joe Biden’s prematurely declared victory is both illegitimate and annulled.

President Trump is, therefore, the victor of the 2020 POTUS election by default…by law…and according to the U.S. Constitution.

Supreme Court time coming. A big problem with elections is they are run by big city democrats who have a long history of cheating, and the anonymous ballot system is a disaster, ripe for manipulations, they dont want to change that or any elections rules that make cheating and fraud harder, like requiring voter ID, tells you a lot there.

The will of the people when the election is a fraud has been violated, and the only recourse is the court system. Trump is standing up for the rights of every voter to have a fair and clean election by going to court.

Someday it has to blow up in their faces, I hope soon.

Must prove the fraud. Suspicion is not proof.

However, several reports show incidents which could change outcome if verified.

The push is on to move on without investigation. Any other repub would simply concede and tell dems “thank you sir, may I have another”.

There is a potential for details, if proven true, to be exposed that might send a lot of people to jail.

Whatever the outcome, I have to believe the country will survive and move forward.

    peace to you

I had to look up the word "vitiate" before I could agree with your post.

First, there has to actually be evidence that there was fraud to a level that makes a difference in the outcome of the election, not just allegations of fraud. I’ve listened to the allegations of fraud, but haven’t seen much that’s convincing. The Trump team has lost every case so far, so it doesn’t look good.

Second, if the election is invalid, the President’s term still ends on January 20, 2021, and Nancy Polosi will become President until a new election can be held.

First, you are correct about the evidence of fraud must be sufficient to impact election. That is a standard for courts to apply.

Second, you are wrong to suggest the Speaker becomes POT:S.

If the election is declared invalid, the constitution places the decision in the hands of the house, with each state delegation getting one vote. Since repubs hold majority of states, Tr:mp wins.

    peace to you

Yes, you are correct. I completely messed that up this morning.

    Maybe.

A significant number of Republicans apparently voted for Biden or did not vote for Trump while voting Republican down the ballot. I know a lot of Republicans who are sick and tired of the Trump drama and ineptitude and want a change. Not many Republican leaders are backing Trump’s insistence that the election is fraudulent, so I think a lot of them may be quite hesitant to put him back as the head of the Executive Branch.

it will be interesting to see what happens.

Though I wouldn’t put establishment repubs beyond betrayal of POT:S, it would be unthinkable to vote against him in such a case.

    peace to you

There is more than just suspicion unless you have your head buried in the sand and live under a rock or are a flaming liberal.

I have seen some cases of individual fraud that is convincing (like dead people voting, people being turned away from the polls because they sent in a mail in ballot, etc.). But this type of fraud has been present for awhile and is not on the scale that indicates fraud on the part of any state or election convention. Unfortunately, the way things were ran in a few states does leave room for doubt, so this will be a continuing issue far after the thing is settled.

I do question a few of instances where states may have violated their own election laws, but that is also to be seen.

Pelosi becoming the next "president" would only take effect in January. I question that she will be the speaker of the House (her "term" ends as speaker in January as well).

450,000 ballots are being challenged from what I understand that the only vote on the ballot was for President (no other race) and only for Biden.

LOL. Are you actually suggesting that the transcript is blatantly wrong. This wasn’t done by the FBI for a FISA warrant.
