1) Which of these proposed amendments should have been passed?

2) Once a State or Commonwealth passes a proposed amendment - should it have the right to rescind it later?

3) Once a State or Commonwealth rejects a proposed amendment - should it have the right to pass it later?

4) Should there be a time limit on proposed amendments?
If so, how long? ( lately it has been seven years)
Should Congress have the authority to extend the
time limit?

5) What new amendments would you like to see proposed?
