Just had a conversation with a psychic. She claimed to have accepted Christ into her heart and be in contact with God, and angels. Tried to use the LAW with her and she admitted to have broken the 10 commandments but still believed she was a good person. She got offended and asked me to leave her booth.

What makes it even sadder is that she claimed to be a Christian. Dollars to donuts I bet there are psychics that attend a seeker type church somewhere whether that would be a Joel Osteen, Andy Stanley, Willow Creek, or Rick Warren clone.

Pastors this is why you need to preach on sin, repentance, Hell, and the coming judgment in your sermons. Avoid these topics and you will breed "Christian psychics."

Wait I see a Unitarian Universalist church booth and am going to engage them also with the LAW.

Pray for a Beth. She admitted to have broken the law and finally said she was on her way to Hell. Tried to persuade her to reconsider the falsehoods of the universalist religion but she was not persuaded. Should I follow up with a letter to her church?

I bet there are people that THINK they are psychics attending almost every large church in America. What does the "seeker type" church have to do with the price of feathers?

Twaddle. You're reaching. Psychics are bred where there are stupid people thinking they have "the sight." These people think when some gaseous ball in a nearby galaxy lines up with a giant rock in another galaxy it has influence over their lives .

Yes, go around the carnival and "witness" to people using techniques your church does not approve of.

    Here's a present for you.

Have you ever been to Rick Warrens church? Do you know any of Rick Warrens people? I bet not. I have and I do and they would all run circles around your evangelism. That church reaches people for Christ through the preaching of the gospel regularly. They, unlike you, are not just out to have the opportunity to tell people they are wrong about religion. Unlike you those people genuinely care about the lost and work to reach them with love and the word.

Washer can take a long walk off a short pier. However, you do not know what type of church it is. You do not know Warren or any of those people.

The reach out locally with the gospel and actually disciple people, unlike you. They reach out nationally. I have worked with them on the rez. They reach out internationally on a regularly basis. Not just through CP giving but in person. They reach hundreds for Christ every year.

They actually love people and want them to come to Christ. They are not looking for a debate they are looking for lost souls. Saddleback would be a good place for you to go and acquire the discipleship you so badly need.

But you are not about results yourself, so why should their results matter to you?

Not from what Mac has said about Warren's church.

I had to interject here, because when I read this, I thought of your personal results, Evan. You've stated before that you haven't led a single person to the Lord with your evangelism method. This puts you in no position to tell someone else to show you their results.

It's the same as when I met a yellow belt in Karate. He demanded of me (at that time a first degree black belt in TaeKwonDo) that I show him a form to prove that I was legitimate.

Is it possible for you to form your own opinion?
I can't stand Rick Warren and I can tell you why without once running to a third party source.

WTF, Taeguk. I am thinking of joining an ITF school here in town, though.

Rick Warren is a ecumenical heretic.

You have hit on something key. It would do everyone well to read about what the NT says about love and let it sink in.
