Should the unordained (whatever that means) be permitted to do any of the following?

In my church baptizing and saying the words of the Lords Supper is made by the Pastors. Everything else my sometimes be made by others. We have for examlpe laypeople preach at sundays a few times a year. And it has happened that the Lords Supper was adminstrated by a Pastor student not yet ordained. If things are made in respect and dignity and fear of the Lord by saved members of church in good standing i see no problems. But your theology may differ.

Ordination is unimportant for these tasks. However, maturity, a good testimony and evident fruit should be.
