    You've got 40-year-olds who are not informed voters. His requirements for letting "some" 18-year-olds vote sounds like he only wanted Republican 18-year-old to vote.

    This is going nowhere.

    A step in the right direction. I would've preferred "head of household property owners", but I like the citizenship test requirement.
