Outside of the worship service, a woman can do any of those things. Sunday school is not the church body worship service.

JohnV,

100% correct.

It's amazing to me what some will do in order to make the church a good ol' boys club and even more amazing how many women acquiesce to this.

You just quoted the Scripture that teach what you said then you roll your eyes. I am quite confused :confused:

Do you not agree with these Scriptures or do you not agree that Christians should worship in churches that practice silence of women and headcoverings?
</font>
It is sad when people make a mockery of scriptual truth.

Interesting correlation:

What is the difference between a normal Baptist church and a Freemasons meeting group?

Maybe not so much.

Both are religious meetings.
Men control both.
The serious decisions are made in secret meetings attended only by men.
In both, Jesus has a place, but not first place.

Maybe somebody needs to do a study on false religions and how they are conducted, and see if there is much difference between our church and a false religion.

OK now. Ready, Aim, and Fire away.

Agreed 100% We are currently attending a church that practices this.

Women silent (literally) in church.

Women covered all the time.
</font>
HCL, then you've found a church? Is it a Baptist church? :cool:

Not malicious, just trying to get to the bottom of your story.
What baptist denominations teach all christian women should wear a veil?

1.) I do not speak during the worship service unless someone leans over and talks to me. But it isn't what you talk about.

None, I'm a Independent Fundamental Baptist, a group who is very against wearing a veil most of the time. So this stuff about the head covering is not denominational but scriptual conviction.

But that should biblically apply to anyone (both male and female), not just women.
