You're right - the Democrats are shameless, as well as being wicked. Just like the Republicans.

Thankyou for the little explanation of what happened in 2000, I do remember a lot of that - it was a big story over here. However, the main point is: democracy does not exist. Oligarchies rig elections. This can be done at the ballot box, in the counting, through the media and a number of other ways. They usually use a combination of methods to get what they want.

When was the last time you Americans had a decent choice when it came down to voting for a president? We Australians have the same problem. It is even openly acknowledged in some parts of the press. They say it's like voting for Tweedle Dee or Tweedle Dum. What a choice!

 

It's hard to argue with someone with a myopic view.

 

Actually, if you voted for President Bush or the GOP, you can claim partial responsibility. It should be nice to know that you had a small part in the advancement of this cause, hillclimber1.

Along comes Ron Paul who isn't a globalist, a big government statist or librul, doesn't belong to any "secret societies" that have "secrets to secret to talk about" even when Tim Russert asks about it and some of you guys think he's nuts. I don't get it.
