Running May Be Harmful to Your Heart

    The bible says that God knows the number of hairs on your head.
    I figure that if he knows that he must know the number of heart beats you will have in your lifetime.

    Since he knows the number, exercsing will use them up faster - you're running yourself into the grave! :tongue3:

    Well, first of all through aerobics, although your heart rate is increased during exercise your resting heart is decreased because of better cardio conditioning and the difference means less beats overall, so your not using them up as fast afterall.

    Just keep it below 30 to 60 minutes a day and the benefits will far outweigh the detriments and you'll be fine Deacon. ;)
