Back to the OP....it seems the God-given rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, according to the Declaration of Independence, and the proof is that the Declaration of Independence says so. That's circular reasoning.

Verses in Psalms only say that God creates life. Verse in Leviticus says that man does not has a right to live if he takes life.

The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Job 1:21

Verse is a reference to Isaiah 61:1-2. Jesus is saying that salvation will come through him and hope to the oppressed and sick. Not that everyone has an inherent right to be free from kings (which is the intent of the clause in the Declaration.)

Too bad those verses don't say that God has given us the right to pursue happiness. They say that true happiness will be found in the Lord.

The Right to Life in this country was taken away by "Seven Black Robed Men" in 1973 and that abominable act has been enthusiastically championed and even celebrated by the democrat party. 55,000,000 babies slaughtered in the most unsafe place in the world: A woman's womb.
